2-Day Intense Camps
For some athletes, training may need a new perspective, a reinvention, or a new and tougher challenge. Our 2-Day Intense Camp / Training getaways are for the serious athletes of all ages and skill levels seeking to elevate their playing level and experience in a matter of days versus weeks or months.
The 2-Day Intense Camps are for 2 days of training tailored to the needs of the attendees or the hosting coach or trainer. The camps combine early, rigorous fitness with sessions on stretching and muscle care as well as nutritional Q&A and some tailored options for each specific athlete.*
Our 2-Day Intense camps can be tailored to some extent to the attendees’ requests. These requests may include focus on speed, agility, prevention, preparation for college combines, and more. Our college combine sessions include tips on weight loss, muscle building, and speed training in addition to foot skills, small-sided games, and position-specific training. We can also accommodate group retreats for coaches and coaching clinics. The schedule will include time for rest and group meals for 2x/day and entertainment will be offered. One meal per day will be optional for local restaurant cuisine.
The camps are located in peaceful, relaxing and secluded areas but surrounded by fun amenities to provide an ideal balance of training and rest. The camps may be hosted for a specific age group per weekend or by a visiting coach or trainer.
Announcements for the upcoming weekend retreats will be announced in 2-week to 2-month time frames, depending on group interest, trainer availability, and visiting coach or trainer schedule. Each location offers varied training opportunities, including sand, futsal courts, water, and grass. Group sizes will be limited to 4-10 athletes, depending on age and skill level. Prices will vary accordingly, as well as by location of resort.
